Google Business profile · Zagreb
Before anyone opens your website, they see Google: your rating, number of reviews, photos and opening hours. That's where they decide whether to call you or the competitor two streets away.
Categories, services, opening hours, photos and description: everything Google needs before it will show you at all.
A QR code on the counter or receipt: the customer scans it and leaves a review in one tap, while the impression is still fresh.
Including the bad ones. We draft the reply, you approve it. Profiles with replies make a better impression on new customers.
You see how many reviews came in, how your rating is moving and where you stand against the competition in your city.

Presence package
Google profile, reviews, website and blog for one price.
A Google Business profile, formerly Google My Business, is your business card on Google Search and Google Maps: rating, reviews, opening hours, phone, photos and directions. The profile is free, and when someone in Zagreb searches for your service, these cards are what Google shows first, above the regular results.
That's why, for a local business, a complete and active profile often matters more than the website itself. We set it up, connect it to your website and run it every month.
First we check whether your business is already on Google, because Google penalises two profiles for the same business. If one exists, we take it over. If not, we open a new one, with the name exactly as your business is registered and no added keywords, because that's the most common reason for suspension.
We choose the main category and set the location: the address customers visit, or a service area with the address hidden if you work at your clients' premises. Then comes verification, and Google picks the method: video, SMS, phone call or e-mail. It usually takes a few days.
Your business always stays the owner of the profile. We're managers, and if we ever stop working together, the profile stays with you.
We draft replies to new reviews, and you approve them before they go live. New blog articles become posts on your profile, and we keep photos, services and opening hours up to date.
Every month you get a report from Google: how many people saw your profile, how many called, asked for directions or opened your website.
Most reviews come in when the request is sent at the right moment, right after a job well done, and when leaving a review takes one tap. For that you get a QR code for your counter, receipt or package, and a link you can send by message.
We don't buy or reward reviews. Google forbids it and deletes those reviews, and the profile can lose visibility.
Website designGOOD QUESTION.
Usually a few days. Google picks the method itself: a video of the business, an SMS or call to the business number, or an e-mail. While verification is in progress we don't change the profile, because edits can trigger a new check.
You do. Your business is the owner, and we have access as managers. If we stop working together, the profile and all its reviews stay with you.
That's common: someone opened the profile years ago. We walk you through the ownership request; it usually takes a few days.
Yes, as long as you ask real customers and don't offer them anything in return. Google forbids buying and rewarding reviews, and we don't do it.
A timely, calm reply is worth more than the review itself. We draft the text, you approve it and it goes live.
No. We reply in the language the review was written in.
