01Rental or a one-off build: what's the difference
With a one-off build you pay for the site once, then separately for hosting and the domain, every change and maintenance, or the site stays exactly as it was on handover day. On the Croatian market a simple site usually starts at around 500 € as a one-off, and a more serious one goes over 1,000 €.
With rental there's nothing to pay upfront and no extra bills later. For 250 € a month you get the site and everything it needs to work: maintenance, changes, your Google profile and blog. Over a year that's more than the build alone, but the price includes work you'd otherwise pay someone else for, or that nobody would do.
Rental is a good choice if you want someone to look after the site and make it bring in inquiries. If you only need a site you won't touch for years, a one-off build can be cheaper.

The domain and the content (texts, photos, articles) are yours and stay yours. The site runs on our platform for as long as the subscription lasts.
If you end the subscription, the domain stays with you and you keep the texts and photos.

A 15-minute call, in English: what you do, who your customers are and what you want a visitor to do. Then we send you a proposal.
The first version of the site is ready within a week of us receiving your texts and photos. If you don't have them, we help put them together. Then come revisions, launch on your domain and connecting it to Google.

How much does it cost to rent a website?
From 250 € a month in the Presence package. The price covers the build, domain, hosting, maintenance, changes, your Google profile and blog. We set the final price after a call, based on the number of pages and services.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You pay month to month and can stop whenever you want.
What happens to the site if I stop renting?
The domain and content stay yours. The site runs on our platform while the subscription lasts, and you keep the texts and photos.
Is renting more expensive than a one-off build?
Over a year it usually is, because rental also covers maintenance, changes, your Google profile and blog. If you don't need those, a one-off build can be cheaper.
