Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Zolta ("we") provides a service for analysing and improving the online presence of local businesses. The controller is Andro, obrt za poslovne usluge (sole proprietorship), owner Andro Jukić Nuhanović, Palinovečka ulica 41, 10000 Zagreb, OIB (personal identification number) 14048183747. 2. What data we collect

• The name, phone number, e-mail address and message you leave in the contact form, so we can reply to your inquiry.
• Messages you send to the AI assistant, in order to generate replies.
• The e-mail address you enter so we can send you the report and a confirmation code.
• Your mobile number — only if you leave it yourself at the end, when you ask us to contact you.
• Publicly available information about your business (name, city, Google profile, reviews, website, Instagram) — we use it to prepare the report.
• Basic technical data (e.g. IP address) to protect against abuse.
• Cookies for ad measurement (Meta Pixel and Google Ads) — only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Without consent they are not loaded, and the site works just the same. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. With the same consent, when you submit a form or confirm your e-mail for the analysis, we also send Meta an encrypted (hashed) e-mail address or number, only so that the ad can be measured as successful.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use the data to prepare and send you the free report and, if you have given consent, to contact you with an offer on how to improve your online presence. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. To run the service we use trusted providers (e.g. database hosting, e-mail delivery, Google and other public data sources), who process the data only on our behalf and in line with this policy.

When you use the AI assistant, the messages from the conversation are sent to the AI service provider Anthropic in order to generate replies. We do not store the content of that conversation in our inquiries database. For a reply from our team, send the contact form.

5. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request deletion. After that we remove it permanently.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent. For any of these requests, contact us at androjukic@zolta.agency and we will handle it within a reasonable time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
